Admissions Process

Below you will find our Admissions Checklist and Key Dates for our Preschool and Primary School Admissions Process. The best time to apply for the 2025-2026 school year is the Fall of 2024. We will begin accepting applications July 1, 2024.

ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST

APPLICATION

Complete the online application. Applications must be submitted by December 9, 2024 in order to be considered

in our first round of admission decisions. Applications will continue to be accepted through the Spring and Summer with decisions continuing on a rolling basis as space permits.

The school report release form is signed at the time the application is submitted (Primary only). Application is not complete until the application fee is paid.

ATTEND ADMISSIONS EVENT

Parent(s) attend an admissions event (Open House) OR meet with the Head of Lower School during a school visit.

STUDENT VISIT

Students who have applied will be invited to attend either a group or private visit with our Admissions team.

PRESCHOOL & K-5 NOTIFICATION

Parents receive electronic notification regarding their child’s enrollment status on January 17, 2025 (Preschool) and February 21, 2025 (Primary).

ENROLLMENT

Registration forms and tuition deposits are due by February 14, 2025 (Preschool) and March 6, 2025 (Primary). Registration forms are submitted electronically via the link provided.
